Cinnamon Orange Granola

Ingredients:
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup Hungry Jack® Sugar Free Butter Flavored Syrup
1/2 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Preparation Directions:
1.HEAT oven to 375°F.
2.COMBINE oats, almonds and wheat germ in 13x9-inch pan. Measure syrup, sweet orange marmalade and oil in 2-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Stir in cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Pour over oat mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
3.BAKE 40 minutes, stirring after every 10 minutes to toast evenly. Stir in raisins. Cool.
Yield: 4 cups
